I am a detail-oriented architect and recruiter who translates complexity into clarity — in design, operations, and communication. In the studio, I break down architectural concepts using plain language and check for understanding; in recruiting and operations, I diagnose friction and build systems that work.
In architecture, I've led visual communication work that accelerated team understanding by layering failure and rebuild into a single image, enabling stakeholders to quickly grasp the reimagined design direction. In recruiting, I identified scheduling bottlenecks and built a Google Calendar system with unique call links for each candidate, resulting in larger interview turnout and perfect coordination. In my current construction office role, I inherited a broken commission-tracking system and rebuilt it in Excel with detailed breakdowns by salesperson and pay period — reducing calculation time, eliminating confusion, and reducing disputes.
I thrive on measurable outcomes and clarity. I'm currently seeking a Project Associate role in architecture, with the longer-term aim of becoming an architect or BIM specialist. I'm building the skills and portfolio to make that path clear.
