I see tools—especially AI—not as replacements but as partners in clarity. I used ChatGPT to build a Commission Tracker that saves me 3 hours a week on manual calculations. I used Claude to sift through 15 architectural iterations, scoring each against my constraints to find the strongest path forward. Whether in recruiting or design, AI clarity accelerates decision-making and reduces waste.
